Techville Distribution is Canada’s leading supplier of parts and accessories! Our wholesale associates are who make this happen. Our sales reps must have what it takes to take control of their accounts and drive sales. Sales staff are expected to maintain client relations and grow their accounts to achieve and exceed their on-target sales goals. This position is 70% telemarketing and generating sales through cold calling techniques, 30% maintaining accounts, and continuing client relations.

JOB SUMMARY
Salary: 16.00 $ per hour base, plus bonuses based on performance allowing for up to $100K annually.

DESCRIPTION

We are located in Oakville, Ontario at 574 Kerr Street and are close to the highway and public transit.
Availability:
- Full-Time
- Weekdays from 8:45AM to 9:30PM
- Weekends from 9:45AM to 6:30PM (where necessary)
- Two days off per week (typically weekends)
Compensation:
Hourly base pay, with bonuses/commissions allowing for 6 figure income, Benefits.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Liaising with customers and other departments.
- Maintaining statistical and financial records including web databases.
- Building Sales accounts with new customers.
- Reaching Out (cold calling) leads to finding new customers.
- Supporting Customers through the online purchase process.
- Handling Client Objections. (Pricing, Returns/RMA, LCD Buybacks)
- Maintaining and growing business relationships.
- Recovering and growing dormant
Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities: Education:
High School Diploma or Higher
Work Experience:
Wholesale sales and technical experience a plus.

- Teamwork and Interpersonal skills

- Numerical Logical reasoning skills
- Technical skills
- Strong understanding of Technology

- Passion for excellent customer service
- Knowledge of QuickBooks software (helpful)

Physical Demands:
Maybe seated for long periods of time
May be subject to large amounts of typing and use of a keyboard and mouse.

COMMISSIONS
Techville Distribution values hard-working and dedicated sales reps. As such we look for the best to join our team. Our Reps make an on-target salary of $50,000 annually* with additional monthly sales bonuses allowing for a 6-figure annual income. In addition to our base and on target sales tiers we offer Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum bonus tiers allowing our reps to make up to $5700 per month in bonuses**
*Estimate based on a 40-hour work week and $16/hour base salary. Actual earnings may vary.
